Store Policy

Backorders:

  • We are committed to keeping adequate stock but at times we run short, all orders will be shipped and all backorder merchandise will be shipped separately when received, shipping charges apply. Some items may take up to 4 to 8 weeks.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for RTA cabinets. Assembled cabinets will be quoted after placing order. We recommend using the “Pay Later” option for assembled orders.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  • All cabinets will be shipped FedEx Ground or common carrier. Charges will be based upon zip code and weight. Trucking companies require Customer to unload at curbside. Customer must also be available day of delivery. Most carriers will make two attempts before a charge is occurred for a third. If after the third attempt customer must make arrangements for pickup at carrier’s terminal and pay all charges. Some orders come on a double pallet and must be off loaded by hand.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive email notices When Order is Placed:

  1. PROCESSING: You will receive email confirming your order has been received and is being “Processed”.
  2. SHIP DATE: Usually within 24 hours after placing your order you will receive an email with a “Ship Date”
  3. TRACKING NUMBER: After your order is shipped you will receive an email the next business day with a “Tracking Number”

Delivery & Damaged Shipments:

  • The delivery company will notify you in advance to set up a delivery time. If delivery cannot be accepted within the trucking company guidelines (usually within 4 days)  any storage fees or return freight charges and restocking fees will be charged to you.
  • Deliveries will be on 53-foot trailers. Please contact delivery company if you live in a Gated Community, on a private drive, narrow road or cul-de-sac. You can arrange in advance for a smaller truck to make your delivery. This may be an additional charge, check with trucking company. Do this when setting delivery date with delivery company.
  • Redirecting shipments will be an extra charge paid by you.
  • If the delivery is being made to a less accessible area or areas which require special/additional freight services (crossing water, on a small island, etc...), you may be responsible for additional freight charges. Discuss this with the delivery company when setting deliver date.
  • You must inspect all items and make sure everything is there with no noticeable damages. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
  • Take inventory as cabinets are unloaded. Check for missing items. If there is any visible damage or missing pieces, you must make a note of these items on the delivery receipt and get a signed copy from the driver. Take photos of damage.
  • The delivery will be a curbside, end of truck delivery. End of truck, meaning the driver is only responsible for moving the pallet to the end of the truck. From that point, it is the customer’s responsibility to unload the pallet piece by piece this is when you should take inventory and inspect each box for visible damage.
  • All Wood Cabinets cannot be held liable if you sign for your order without noting that pieces are missing and/or damaged. You will be required to file a damage claim with All Wood Cabinets. Do not refuse any damaged order (follow the above instructions), any returned orders will be subject to 25% restocking fees and return freight charges in accordance with our return policy. After receiving your shipment, you will have 5 days to go through your order checking for any concealed damage. AWC must be notified within 5 days of delivery of any concealed damage for the claim to be considered.
  • A claims form must be submitted to us for review (located at the bottom of our web site).

Missing & Damaged Items:

  • Note all missing and damaged items on the receipt or drivers log to receive proper credit or replacement parts.
  • A claims form must be submitted to us for review (located at the bottom of our web site).

Returned Goods:

  • All returned goods must have an (RA) return authorization.
  • Boxes must be clean and look new in its original box.
  • Return freight will be paid by the customer.
  • No return on sale items.
  • A 25% restocking charge will apply.
  • We will not accept returns past 14 days.
  • Please allow up to 4 weeks to process or issue a credit.
  • Assembled items or items that were assembled will not be accepted.
  • Replacement items will be sent as RTA and assembly fee credited.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your product order within 12 hours of placing it. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the return cost of shipping. There is absolutely no return or exchanges on any assembled cabinets, modified, altered, installed or special-order products. Products are returnable only if they are in the factory sealed box and in resalable condition within 7 days of delivery. Before any return or exchange can be performed you will need to contact All Wood Cabinets .Com for a return authorization approval number(RA). When returning a product please make sure to use an insured and tracking method of shipment. Any package that is returned to All Wood Cabinets without our prior approval will not be accepted or refunded. Any product that is returned damaged by the shipper is the responsibility of the buyer. It is your responsibility to make sure the product is properly packaged before shipping back. Shipping fees are not refundable. We try to process orders as soon as we can so most orders will not be able to be canceled after 12 hours. Special orders cannot be canceled at any time no exceptions

Pricing:

  •  Pricing is for RTA cabinets; an additional charge will be added for assembled cabinets.
  •  We reserve the right to change prices and specifications at any time.
